THE BASICS

  • Social Security Number(s)

  • Copy of last year's return (NEW CLIENTS ONLY) 

  • Bank Account/Routing Number

  • Loan Statements

BUSINESS OWNERS

  • Tax ID

  • Insurance Premiums and/or expenses

  • Business Income and Expenses (Profit and Loss)

  • List of assets and equipment 

  • Mileage Logs

HOME & RENTAL PROPERTIES

  • 1098s: Interest on mortgage, equity or student loans

  • Paid Real Estate Taxes

  • Insurance Premiums

  • Energy Efficient upgrade receipts 

  • Purchase/Sale Records

  • Rental Income

  • Mileage

  • Receipts (for rental upgrades, repairs, etc)

DEDUCTIONS

  • Medical/Dental Expenses

  • Health Insurance Payments 

  • IRA and HSA contributions 

  • Vehicle purchase sales tax

  • Childcare Expenses

  • Moving Expenses

  • Educational Expenses

DONATIONS

  • Charitable Contribution Receipt 

  • Volunteer Expense Deductions

INCOME

  • W-2's

  • 1099's for all forms of income 

OTHER

  • IRA/401K total contributions
